(U)Science & Tech Management - ONR Headquarters

Abstract

This is a newly established Program Element (PE) for the Office of Naval Research to centrally fund Non-Labor Management Headquarters Activity corporate support for the Navy Science and Technology program. Funding provides for logistics, acquisition, and communications support for the Command. Funding was realigned from the Science Programs into this newly established PE.
