Wide Area Video Exploitation Library (WaveLib)
Abstract
WaveLib was developed as a modular toolkit of video processing functions designed to ingest raw imagery and metadata from wide area airborne sensors, such as Constant Hawk, and produce accurately geo-stabilized contrast-enhanced imagery, vehicle detections and tracks.
