Change Summary Explanation
Technical: Not Applicable Schedule: Delays integrating developmental hardware into flight testing and lower than planned flight test efficiencies extended the completion date for Engineering and Manufacturing Development (EMD) to September 2009. This resulted in a corresponding change to the forecasted OT start/complete dates. FY2010 missile contract award has been moved from February to March per executive service (USAF) schedule decision. Phase 4 SIP/SWUP start delayed to 4th quarter FY2009 due to schedule adjustments. MRM Concept Development start delayed to 4th quarter FY2009 due to revisions in task definition. FY11 from previous President's Budget is shown as zero because no FY11-15 data was presented in President's Budget 2010.
