Abstract
DCGS-MC, in compliance with the Department of Defense DCGS Family of Systems (FOS) concept, is a service-level effort to migrate select USMC Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) processing and exploitation capabilities into a single, integrated, net-centric baseline that will be interoperable with other services and agencies. Multiple functional capability sets will be configured to support Marine intelligence analysts across the Marine Air-Ground Task Force (MAGTF). The goal of DCGS-MC is to make external and internal ISR data more visible, accessible, and understandable.

- The increase of $10.767M from FY17 to FY18 provides integration and interoperability testing of a Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS) Cross Doman Solution, software and hardware consolidation studies to support the development of a Common Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) Server, software capability enhancements for the Enterprise DCGS Integration Backbone (DIB) Services (EDS), and Aeronautical Reconnaissance Coverage Geographic Information System (ArcGIS) Portal integration, as well as integration and test efforts to provide the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency's (NGA) iStore Integrated Product Library and data ingest capability within the DCGS-MC Programs of Record. Increase also supports imagery hardware AAO increase, including approximately 35 Tactical Exploitation Group (TEG) and 18 Topographic Production Capability (TPC) assets which are designated for Joint Strike Fighter. Additionally, funds support integration and test efforts associated with geospatial and imagery hardware refreshes of current fielded assets. These efforts enhance the USMC's Intelligence sharing and fusion efforts, provide greater awareness in the Joint/Coalition Environment, and contribute directly to the Joint Processing Exploitation Dissemination (JPED) effort.
