Change Summary Explanation: FY 2018 - The Department added additional OCO funds to support the Anti-Tunnel project under Physical Security FY 2019 - The budget was reduced to fiscal constraints and higher priorities within the Department. FY 2019 OCO request of 25.000 million was Congressionally directed to Base FY 2019 The budget was increased for small unmanned aerial system FY2020 - The budget reflects the adjustment for a one time cost. FY2020 & FY2021 - Initially, OCO funds were to move to Base, however the Department reversed that decision. For FY2022 - FY2024 OCO has been realigned to Base.
