Abstract

The HDR-H Program Element (PE) 0604672C is comprised of a persistent discrimination sensor for the Missile Defense System (MDS). Due to a shift in Department of Defense priorities, the Department is postponing the development and fielding of a Homeland Defense Radar - Hawaii beginning in FY 2021. Decrease from FY 2020 to FY 2021 reflects this change.
