Change Summary Explanation
Decrease in FY 2020 reflects the Omnibus Above Threshold Reprogramming which transferred $2.316 million to finance Indian incentive payments and a $1.342 million realignment to a classified priority. Due to a shift in Department of Defense priorities, the Department is no longer pursuing the development and fielding of a Pacific Discriminating Radar beginning in FY 2021. Decrease from FY 2020 to FY 2021 reflects this change.
