Change Summary Explanation
The FY2020 funding request was reduced by $3.30M to account for the availability of prior year execution balances. The increase from FY 2019 to FY 2020 of $11.185M is primarily attributed to a decrease in ACV 1.1 based on completion of corrective action modifications and the transition to Full Up System Level (FUSL) testing and Initial Operational Test & Evaluation (IOT&E) and an increase in ACV 1.2 associated with procurement of ACV Mission Role Variant test articles, associated GFE, and initiation of a Vehicle Protective System trade study and integration efforts.
