Abstract

This program supports the non-Army Management Headquarters Activity RDT&E functions incident to the local operation and management of U.S. Army Research, Development and Engineering Command (RDECOM) Research Development and Engineering Centers, not identifiable with specific research and development projects. Also supports the management and operation of multiple, globally-located RDECOM International Technology Centers (ITCs). The ITCs play an integral role in the U.S. Army efforts for international cooperative research, development and interoperability, and fulfill international memoranda of understanding requirements.
