CAESAR, TREMOR, MARCY AND RAINGAUGE (CTMR)
Abstract
The CTMR project detects and reports radio frequency (RF) signals from specific sensor types and demonstrates refined collection systems that detect a specific class of signals. Collection of these signals was lacking and this project provided a cost-effective, scalable solution. The data provided by the systems is structured to support DoD customers through system characterization and near real-time notification. Details are classified.
