Infectious Disease Drug and Vaccine Engineering Development - Medical Readiness
Abstract
Funding is provided for the development of candidate medical countermeasures for military relevant infectious diseases focusing on prevention to increase medical readiness. Funding supports both technical evaluations and human clinical testing to assure the safety and effectiveness of vaccines.
