Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act
Abstract
Supports Section 3610 of HR748, the CARES Act, to fund civilian and contractor labor shortfall resulting from lost customer reimbursements due to customers cancelling/delaying tests as the result of the COVID-19. Test cancellations and delays due to COVID-19 have caused an unfunded increase to ATEC?s projected institutional operating account.
