Terrestrial Data Generation
Abstract
This effort minimizes or eliminates the dramatic effects of dynamically changing terrain states on sensing and maneuver operations conducted by the Army; and provides effective decision-making tools such as models, simulations and mission planning and also rehearsal factors to accurately predict the state of the ground, near-surface atmospheric conditions, and system performance in complex environments.
