Cyberspace Activities
Abstract
Funding will support maintenance of cyber hygiene and resiliency of network infrastructure and enterprise IT services for COMOPTEVFOR operational support networks, as well as the hardware and software required to maintain compliance with cybersecurity directives. Funding ensures ability of COMOPTEVFOR network engineers to comply with cybersecurity requirements for the networks used in support of command operations as required in DoD Instruction (DoDI) 8510.01, Risk Management Framework (RMF) for DoD Information Technology (IT) and DoDI 8500.01, Cybersecurity. Facilitates the monthly network patching and scanning required to protect networks from cyber-attacks and intrusions.
