Mine Clearing Armor Protection (MCAP)
Abstract
Evaluate and integrate technologies to increase operator protection and safety during mine clearing missions. Mine Clearing Armor Protection (MCAP) Dozers were built on legacy D7G. These systems are being replaced by the D7R and will require additional equipment to allow for use in completing the MCAP mission. This includes providing greater operator protection as well as additional tools for conducting the mine clearing operation.
