Multi-function RF for FVL Platforms
Abstract
This effort matures and demonstrates multi-function radio-frequency (RF) sensor technologies to support the Future Vertical Lift (FVL) family of systems. It provides integrated software and hardware technologies that enable the use of common electronics and system components to support varied functions, such as enhanced situational awareness, threat-detection and localization, targeting, communications, and aircraft pilotage. This will result in improved performance for these critical functions and reduced requirements for size, weight, and power for mission equipment across FVL platforms.
