Efficient intracellular delivery and improved biocompatibility of colloidal silver nanoparticles towards intracellular SERS immuno-sensing

Abstract

As compared to free diffusion of bare (BR)-AgNPs, TATHA2 (TH)-mediated intracellular delivery of AgNPs is rapid and several fold higher (quantified by ICPMS) and results in preferentially uniform distribution (in situTEM), pre-requisites for intracellular SERS immuno-sensing.
