Paper diagnostic device for quantitative electrochemical detection of ricin at picomolar levels

Abstract

A paper analytical device for quantitative electrochemical detection of ricin a chain is reported. It relies on magnetic preconcentration and silver nanoparticle labels to yield a detection limit of 34 pM.
