Comprehensive mapping of O-GlcNAc modification sites using a chemically cleavable tag

Abstract

A novel approach utilizing a chemically cleavable Dde-based tag is employed herein to quantitatively label and releaseO-GlcNAcylated proteins for the mass spectrometric identification of previously unknown glycosylation sites.
