Effects of rhenium dopants on photocarrier dynamics and optical properties of monolayer, few-layer, and bulk MoS2

Abstract

Time-integrated photoluminescence and time-resolved transient absorption measurements reveal that rhenium dopants reduce photocarrier lifetime in MoS2.
