Solution synthesis of few-layer WTe2and MoxW1−xTe2nanostructures

Abstract

Colloidal nanostructures of WTe2and MoxW1−xTe2alloys were synthesized and characterized; multiple stacking motifs co-exist in WTe2, and the crystal structure can be tuned as a function of composition in MoxW1−xTe2.
