High-temperature thermoelectric transport behavior of the Al/γ-Al2O3interface: impact of electron and phonon scattering at nanoscale metal–ceramic contacts

Abstract

Thermoelectric transport properties of the Al/γ-Al2O3interface have been assessed from the ballistic electron and phonon transmission at the nanoscale contacts.
