A multimeric MRI contrast agent based on a closo-borane scaffold bearing modified AAZTA chelates on the periphery
Abstract
A high relaxivity closomer MRI contrast agent is achieved based on a unique icosahedral closo-borane scaffold bearing twelve radial Gd3+-AAZTA chelate arms in close proximity.
