Quantifying the effects of quadrupolar sinksvia15N relaxation dynamics in metronidazoles hyperpolarizedviaSABRE-SHEATH

Abstract

The presence of14N nucleus in the scalar coupling network results in a 3-fold decrease of15NT1and polarization values for all15N sites in15N2-metronidazoleversus15N3-metronidazole in SABRE hyperpolarization in microtesla fields.
