Novel layered Bi3MoMTO9 (MT = Mn, Fe, Co and Ni) thin films with tunable multifunctionalities

Abstract

Bi3MoMTO9 (MT, transition metals of Mn, Fe, Co and Ni) thin films with pillar-in-matrix form have been deposited. Room temperature multiferroism as well as anisotropic ferromagnetic and optical properties have been demonstrated.
