Insights into dual-functional modification for water stability enhancement of mesoporous zirconium metal–organic frameworks
Abstract
This study revealed dual functions of the installed Facac ligands: enhancement of framework mechanical stability due to electrostatic interactions; and weaker capillary forces evaluated from free energies of dehydration during water evacuation.
