Polyfunctional Fc-Effector Profiles Mediated by IgG Subclass Selection Distinguish RV144 and VAX003 Vaccines

Abstract

RV144 vaccination induced polyfunctional antibody Fc-effector responses, whereas VAX003 vaccination increased inhibitory IgG4 antibodies.
