Carbohydrate intake in recovery from aerobic exercise differentiates skeletal muscle microRNA expression
Abstract
Results provide novel insight into effects of carbohydrate intake on the expression of skeletal muscle microRNA during early recovery from aerobic exercise and reveal that Let7i-5p and miR-195-5p are important regulators of skeletal muscle protein breakdown to aid in facilitating muscle recovery.
