Engineered Biotechnology

Abstract

This effort investigates biological materials for devices and sensors that can be used in the future by the Army to improve force protection and reduce logistical burden. Investigates biological construction of novel materials, structures, and processes for future development of biologically derived materials, sensing materials, information processing, and power and energy to transcend critical gaps in adaptability, manufacturability, and stability in Army relevant environments.
