Engineering, logistics, product assurance and test, financial management, acquisition, legal, and operations support Selection Evaluation Board (SEB) activities to both select four (4) vendors for prototype build, and down select to a single vendor for PRP prototype builds. SEB expenditures include salaries, training, travel, supplies, facilities, and equipment.
