Project 634869 was increased by $7.652 million to support defense of low-earth orbit satellites and increased by $5.000 million to develop defense-in-depth for spacecraft cybersecurity. FY 2024 decreases due to a budget realignment to RDT&E, PE 1206410SF, for continued development of the Tranche 1 and Tranche 2 Transport Layers.
