PTS RP Ground Development
Abstract
This is not a New Start but a segregated effort started under the PTS Rapid Prototype Design and Development Major Thrust. Develops and incorporates MMS/KMS modifications of the PTES program ground capability to plan and manage PTS, the associated cryptographic material and the SATCOM links they enable. Also develops and incorporates modifications to mission management systems of the WGS program ground capability (i.e. Common Network Planning Software (CNPS) and Wideband SATCOM Trend Analysis and Anomaly Resolution System (WSTARS)).
