As a result of the continuous change within the naval logistics community, a broad spectrum of innovations in business processes, tools, infrastructure, and technology are required for maintaining and improving operational performance, efficiency, and effectiveness. This gap is expressly broad in order to allow any of the five capability gaps listed below to meet criteria for funding as determined by LogIC.
