Develop chapters of the Chemical and Biological Agent Effects Manual Number 1 (CB-1), an authoritative source capturing analytical methods for evaluating the effects of CB agents on equipment, personnel, and operations. These chapters are developed by a mix of contractors and labs, employing the experts in each subject area.
