Augmented Reality for Tactical Operations
Abstract
This effort will mature and demonstrate an integrated mounted and dismounted tactical Augmented Reality (AR) capability that provides a Common Operating Picture (COP) for mounted and dismounted elements, increased maneuverability and survivability, and enhanced situational understanding by integrating sensor imagery, geo-location information, accurate real time Situational Understanding (SU) and command and control information for all warfighter operational environments. Leverages work performed in PE 0602709A/Project H95, PE 0602784A/Project 855, and PE 0602784A/Project T42.
