Crowd-sources future capabilities from the Army S&T enterprise, academia, and non-traditional DoD thinkers. Provides context and analysis on emerging national and international S&T trends in annual Emerging Trends report. Develops predictive technologies to identify disruptive technologies earlier. Analyzes international efforts in army S&T priorities and create a report to help inform decisions involving research partnerships.
