Focuses on developments to improve Size, Weight, Power and Cost (SWAP-C) for inertial navigation PAVAM solutions which provide a 24/7 precision targeting capability. Develop improvements to celestial navigation and PAVAM solutions to improve availability of precision measurements over a wider range of environments.
