Transformation Capability Initiative - Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) Enterprise Supply Chain Planning and Execution (ESCAPE)
Abstract
APS ESCAPE will provide supply chain planning information in support of timely and accurate planning decisions and inventory allocations and will facilitate decision making throughout the Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, Supply Planning, Exception Management, and Analytics processes. This effort is not a new start; titled "ESCAPE Capability Initiative" in FY14 Exhibit R-2A for this PE (part of the Log IT Transformation activities).
