Persistent Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Focus Area
Abstract
In anticipation of emerging needs, this focus area for FY 2014 and FY 2015, will include capabilities that improve ground, air, sea and/or space situational awareness for decision makers. Technologies may explore new or improved methods for surveillance sensors to operate within denied areas and more effective ISR architectures for rapidly processing, exploiting, and disseminating situational awareness intelligence. The Rapid Reaction Technology Office (RRTO) will ensure the Quick Reaction Fund (QRF) efforts are not duplicative with on-going persistent ISR work and will seek to leverage other such efforts.
