ALRE Modernization

Abstract

FY2010 new start. Improved Fresnel Lens Optical Landing System (IFLOLS), Embarked Aircraft Track System (EATS), MK-7 Arresting Gear systems and Improved Manually Operated Visual Landing Aid System (IMOVLAS) to improve carrier aviations operations. The MK 7 Arresting Gear portion of the ALRE Modernization Program consists of (3) components which will be re-designed to address maintenance and supply system degraders.
