Building Effective States
Abstract
This pilot project delivered a proof of concept for the practical implementation of the existing Institute for State Effectiveness (ISE) framework in any USG entity, develop practical tools for developing country specific strategic plans and deliver an actionable plan to be implemented by a U.S. country team.
