Abstract
This effort funds the modernization and upgrades of existing capabilities and the development of new Test & Evaluation capabilities required at the Navy's Major Range Test Facility Base ground test facilities at NAWCAD, Patuxent River, MD, and NAWCWD, Point Mugu, CA and China Lake, CA.
