Abstract

Implements 15 U.S.C., Section 638 for Air Force Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) efforts. This effort was renamed from Small Business Innovation Research to encompass all 15 U.S.C., Section 638 efforts.
