Abstract
Pursue the creation of new mathematical tools and methods for performing complex, multi-system analysis and modeling to enhance soldier and weapon-system performance. More specifically, the focus is on creating mathematical principles and practical algorithms for stochastic analysis and control, analysis and control of biological systems, numerical computation of infinite-dimensional systems, and modeling of irregular geometric and social phenomena.
