C5 Capability Development
Abstract
Lead C2 capability development and integration in order to achieve an interdependent joint force. Supports Chairman's focus of improving joint warfighter capability. This will be accomplished through four focus areas: capability development, C4 architectures, data and services, and interoperability and integration.
