Verification & Validation (V&V) Capabilities and Standards for Trust
Abstract
The JFAC DoD core Trusted and Assured Microelectronics (T&AM) laboratories and industry partners will (1) improve microelectronics test and verification methodologies in support of data driven verification of confidentiality, integrity, and authenticity of parts and (2) develop standards/practices to foster commercial development of quantifiably assured parts.
