Hit Avoidance Technologies:
Abstract
This effort matures, integrates, and demonstrates hard-kill (physical countermeasure) and soft-kill (non-kinetic countermeasure such as electronic jamming or spoofing) Active Protection System (APS) components and integrated systems to verify the APS Common Architecture and reduce integrating risk on current systems. In demonstrating hard-kill and soft kill-active protection technologies, requirements, and specifications will be matured for future integration onto tactical and combat vehicle platforms. This effort is coordinated with efforts in PEs 0602601A, 0602618A, 0603004A, 0603270A, 0603313A, and 0604115A
