Quicksink
Abstract
Quicksink was a FY 2021 new start JCTD. Quicksink is intended to reduce air delivered assets required for anti-surface warfare (ASuW) operations by increasing lethality; decreasing costs, and improving maritime mining capabilities. Quicksink held a kickoff meeting in FY 2021 and is completing the implementation directive that will direct successful completion of the JCTD. Quicksink is also identifying target vessels and exercise opportunities for testing of the capability.
