Abstract

Enables new rotorcraft configurations by evaluating critical advanced aviation technologies using design and analysis methods with greater modeling fidelity. Introduces high fidelity methodology for improved performance and design predictions earlier in the development and acquisition process. Prior to FY13, efforts were exhibited under System Concept Studies, Network Operations and System Integration (advanced rotary wing concept), and Durability & Sustainment Technologies (platform durability & damage tolerance).
