RR: Countering WMD Test and Evaluation
Abstract
Project RR provides a unique national test bed capability for the study of weapon-target interaction, simulated WMD facility characterization, and WMD facility defeat testing to evaluate the implications of WMD and other special weapon use against U.S. military and civilian assets.
